Malkit Singh: 5:30pm - 6:30pm
Malkit Singh is the first Punjabi singer to figure in the prestigious Queen's Honours List, which is published twice every year to honour people with a record of distinguished and long-standing service to the nation or the community. Malkit was born in Husseinpur village of Jalandhar district in Punjab, and came to Britain in 1984 and cut his first album two years later - it became a trailblazer as bhangra grew in popularity in dance halls and nightclubs all over Britain. |

Born and raised in Essex, Junai, aged just 20, first started singing at the age of 14 and learnt to play instruments like the piano and dhol. Having made trips back home to Pakistan, he picked up traditional styles of singing, Now Tiffin Beats Records is set to launch one of the UK's hottest new talents. The world will now get a glimpse of new protégé Junai Kaden, one of the British Asian scene's best kept secrets! Pakistani singer, songwriter and multi instrumentalist Junai Kaden, is a fresh face set to take the scene by storm this year. Junai is the young prodigy of Tiffin Beat's award winning Mumzy Stranger, who has produced and features on the debut track 'Aaja Mere Naal', is an up-tempo Punjabi dance-floor smash, laced with a hard hitting techno/urban beat, giving it a unique and contemporary feel. |

Raja Kashif: 3pm - 3:45pm
Raja Kashif's interest in music developed at a young age. Raja kashif decided to professionally learn music and receive formal training. Ravi Ji, the great Indian music director, undertook the task of training, educating and musically defining Raja Kashif. Raja Kashif commenced his career as a radio presenter, where he gained popularity, recognition and appreciation.
In 2001 Raja Kashif launched his musical career with the release of his first album Pyar Kar Le. Pyar Kar Le proved to be fairly popular album. Meri Dilbar Meri Jana one of the tracks included in the album received a lot of admiration and recognition. Yaar Tera Sharmana was released in 2003 by the record company SAREGAMA. The title song gained a lot of publicity and popularity. Ustaad Shafaqat Ali Khan and Raja Kashif, performed the song Khubsoorat Hai Wou as a duet. Lately Raja Kashif has released his third album Haseen Raatein. This Album also features Alka Yagnik. |

Adeel Saeed Chishti: 12:15pm - 1pm
Adeel has been singing since the age of 14 and companied his father during early years. After Sag-e-Miran Qari Mohammed Saeed Chishti's (late) assassination Adeel accompanied his elder brother Qari Abdul Waheed Chishti. Therefore, Adeel Saeed Chishti has immense experience of performing and providing a memorable performance.
Adeel Saeed Chishti sings in a similar style to his father in five languages which is appealing to a large audience. Since, Adeel has been performing in the United Kingdom he has worked with Wildcats and provided the western audience with a fusion in Qawaali which has been very successful in directing the young and western audience attention to Sufism music. |

Garry Sandhu: 4pm - 4:30pm
Within 12 months Garry Sandhu has cemented his position as most promising Bhangra newcomer through hits including Sahan To Pyariya with DJ H, Main Nee Peenda and the Surinder Rattan-produced collaboration with Roach Killa Dil De De. |

RV Narang: 2:50pm - 3pm
RV is Newcastle's very own singer/song writer and he has been singing from a very young age. Having realised his debut single last year 'Tera Roop' he has took the industry by storm more recently with his single 'Teriyan Akhiyan' featuring Mehi, Uk Shox & Cheshire Cat, this track can only be described as a revolution in the Asian music industry bringing Punjabi, Hindi & Arabic influences on one track. Fused Fashion is a project showcasing the talents of the young people across Newcastle and the North East. Our showcase combines multiple art forms such as dance, music, and fashion.
We work with young people between the ages of 11 and 25, who play the roles of performers or volunteers. If you are interested in taking part, whether performing, choreographing, or organising, contact us by e-mail on fusedfashion@googlemail.com or add Fu Sed on Facebook.
